About SINTA

Filipino Inspired bakery and cafe.

SINTA is one of the asian bakeries listed in Chula Vista, California. The business is registered at 1970 Avenida Escaya Ste 107, Chula Vista, CA 91913; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Hours at these spots often run into the evening, later than a typical coffee shop, and many stay open on weekends when demand is highest in Chula Vista. Seasonal and limited-time drink or dessert flavors are common, so a shop's current menu can differ from what is posted online; checking recent photos or calling ahead helps. Some locations in California are dessert-only with no seating, meant for takeout, while others have cafe-style seating for staying a while. Straws for bubble tea are typically wide to accommodate the toppings, and are provided automatically unless you ask for a regular one. Loyalty apps and stamp cards are common at chain locations, and ordering ahead through an app can shorten a wait considerably at busy locations during peak after-school and after-dinner hours.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–2 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (619) 500-5264. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is sintaorchid.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 80 reviews, which is a strong result for an asian bakery in Chula Vista and suggests consistent service.

Chula Vista is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Traffic in Chula Vista peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

From the moment I walked in I was captivated by all the little details of Philipino culture from the decor to the pastries. I was amazed by how good their donuts and cupcakes were. I recommend the calamansi poppy seed cupcake, ube cupcake, & ube donut. You won’t regret it! Im definitely coming back for more! So worth the 35 min drive 🀍

I’ve been to Sinta 3 times since they opened not too long ago and I can safely say it is a great place to get yummy pastries and drinks :) I’ve tried most of the menu and my favorite items are the babinka donut, Milo latte, and various cupcakes. The space is so cute and well decorated and the service is quick and kind. Highly recommend!

Nice place to have a good pastry, good coffee and the opportunity to meet new people. Barely a month in their still shift open they are doing very well. My wife and I came to the place check out the drinks, the pastries and enjoy them all. I did the 2 doughnuts ube and regular coconut plain. My wife had a puff pastry with the special cream ❀️, it was delicious. The matcha drink was just perfect and the coffee with Milo powder was different yet it had good flavor. The environment was great a lot of people taking the food and drinks. As their soft open they are packed. We were told that once they open they will be having a lot more food and drinks. One thing we really love is that the staff was super nice, sweet, and very attentive, even though they were super busy the cashier was listening to us. Answering our questions and taking time to help and explain the food and drinks. We liked it and will be back.

I am so happy I came to check this bakery out! This place was filled with love from the moment I walked in, and you can feel it in every detail. The space is beautifully curated with the rattan chairs, pearl shade lights, and a warm modern Filipino bakery vibe that just feels like home. It’s cozy, thoughtful, and so well put together. The pastries are unique and inspired by real Filipino flavors. The star? The bibingka donut, do not leave without one, it is a must try. The lattes are equally impressive. I tried the milo (rich, creamy, perfectly crunchy) and the Mrs. Nguyen latte (4 shots, Vietnamese-style, absolutely delicious). Both were deliciously worth it! If you’re in the Chula Vista area, I definitely recommend this place!

We first tried visiting Sinta yesterday (Mon 3/30), but they were unexpectedly closed. Thankfully, we returned today (Tues 3/31 β€” Farmworkers Day) and were finally able to sample a great selection of their baked goods. Unfortunately, their signature Bibingka Donuts were already sold out by 11:15 AM β€” which honestly says a lot about how popular they are! The items we brought home included: Mini DIY Selly, Mini Mahal Lahaina, Mini Ube, Mini Ube Leche Flan, Mini Mango Matcha, Puff Pastry, and gluten-free Pavlovas. At the time of writing this review, the only item we had tried was the Puff Pastry β€” and it was excellent. It tasted fresh, perfectly balanced (not overly sweet), and wasn’t as messy as typical puff pastries thanks to its flaky texture and thoughtful toppings. The portion size was just right to satisfy a sweet craving without feeling heavy. Service moved efficiently despite a steady crowd, and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and variety offered. We had already had our coffee for the day, so we didn’t get to try their specialty hot drinks this visit β€” but that just gives us another reason to come back. Park
